Our Story

MainStreet Coffee opened its doors in 2003 with a simple goal: to create a welcoming place where exceptional coffee, conversation, and community come together. With hand-painted walls and old-world Italian café charm, the space feels like a little piece of Europe right in East Greenwich.
 

Our experienced baristas and bartenders bring passion to every drink. Espresso is hand-pulled fresh by our baristas throughout the day, and by night that same espresso becomes the heart of our signature cocktail program, featuring 16 unique espresso martinis that have become a local favorite.
 

Thanks to the incredible support of our guests, MainStreet Coffee has been voted Best of Rhode Island year after year—a true reflection of the amazing community that makes this place so special.
